“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.” (Isaiah 60:1, BSB)
We did not begin with a plan. We began with a picture.
One home. A small light in the window. A family leaning over a book they can finally read in their own language — and finding Jesus on the page.
That picture is the whole ministry. Every home a lighthouse. Not a building people travel to, but a light that already lives where they are — a grandmother in a village, a pastor with no library, a child who has never held a book that speaks her heart language.
For a long time the gospel has traveled well in some languages and barely at all in others. We want to close that gap. We take solid, Christ-centered books and put them into the languages of people who have been waiting — the poor, the persecuted, and the ones the world forgets. Then we give them away for free, so that no empty pocket ever stands between a soul and the light.
This Journal is where we will tell you how it is going. Honestly. The wins and the slow parts. The new languages, the new homes, and the small miracles that show up when the right words reach the right person at the right time.
“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.” (Habakkuk 2:14, BSB)
That is the promise we are building toward. Not by our cleverness — God has never needed that — but by His Spirit, one home and one light at a time.
We are glad you are here. Pull up a chair. There is room at this table, and there is work to do.
